Technical Advisor, Patent Agent, or Patent Attorney. Innovators Legal is seeking a technical advisor, patent agent, or patent attorney with strong verbal and written communication skills and a doctoral degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, animal science, neuroscience, veterinary science, medical science, or a related discipline. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and be either registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or eligible to sit for the patent bar. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Responsibilities will include patent preparation and prosecution, US and foreign portfolio development, and pre-investment due diligence of early-stage technologies and technology companies. biochemistry,
Corporate Paralegal. We are looking to add a Corporate Paralegal to our team, who will take on responsibilities including assisting with closing of equity and debt transactions, working on fund related projects, preparing financing statements, and drafting amendments and mergers. Experience in venture capital and with Carta cap table management is required.
Administrative Assistant. We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team, who will take on responsibilities including supporting our Managing Partner on both personal and professional tasks, interfacing with various firm clients, and supporting key firm stakeholders on a variety of administrative tasks. This position is remote but will require the employee to be based out of Atlanta, GA.
